Job summary

ON.com LLC in New York seeks a Lead Project Manager for Retail and Workplace Technology in the Americas. You will own end-to-end technology infrastructure for stores and offices, coordinating with Global teams, Construction, and vendors to ensure seamless openings and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in tech PM for retail or large-scale infrastructure, strong IT/network knowledge, RFID/Payment tech, and excellent vendor negotiation skills. Domestic/international travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Management or equivalent.
• PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years in technology project management in retail/office infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Retail and Workplace Technology projects in the Americas.
• Coordinate with Global PMO, Construction, Site Services, and vendors to align standards.
• Manage openings, renovations and tech refreshes from design to deployment.
• Oversee tech lifecycle, timelines, ISP planning and final delivery.
• Oversee procurement and installation of tech stack including network, RFID, payment devices, CCTV.
• Track budgets, mitigate risks and report financial health of projects.
