• 7+ years selling consumer products to brick and mortar retailers.
• Established relationships with major US retail buyers and a track record of winning in-store placements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Set the global retail growth strategy and regional targets based on market insights.
• Lead 3 direct reports and ensure forecasts, pipeline, and account performance are met.
• Win new chains and grow store count and assortment through buyer relationships.
• Negotiate placement, pricing, promotions, and assortment; lead line reviews and buyer meetings.
• Coordinate with licensing, marketing, product development, operations, and inventory to meet retail commitments.
• Represent C+A at trade shows and report results and pipeline to leadership.
