Responsibilities

• Set the global retail growth strategy and regional targets based on market insights.
• Lead 3 direct reports and ensure forecasts, pipeline, and account performance are met.
• Win new chains and grow store count and assortment through buyer relationships.
• Negotiate placement, pricing, promotions, and assortment; lead line reviews and buyer meetings.
• Coordinate with licensing, marketing, product development, operations, and inventory to meet retail commitments.
• Represent C+A at trade shows and report results and pipeline to leadership.

Global Retail Sales DirectorAbout the role C+A Global designs and sells consumer products under licensed brands including HP and Kodak, sold through retailers around the world. We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and results driven Global Retail Sales Director to lead and expand brick and mortar distribution of these products across the US, Europe/UK, South America, and Asia. You'll manage our regional sales team and develop new business with retail chains.The role focuses exclusively on physical retail stores and the wholesale distribution that supports store sales.
