Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead international venue development for a fast-growing brand with 75+ locations. You’ll manage projects from design handover through opening day, coordinating builders, consultants, suppliers, and local stakeholders to hit schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have retail/hospitality/construction experience, strong budgeting and procurement skills, and the ability to work across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management in retail, hospitality, QSR or commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design handover through opening day.
• Coordinate builders, consultants, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, timelines, permits, inspections, and occupancy approvals.
• Identify risks and resolve challenges to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage site visits, handovers, defects, and final closeout.
• Build supplier relationships and improve delivery across markets.
