Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead international venue development for a fast-growing brand with 75+ locations. You’ll manage projects from design handover through opening day, coordinating builders, consultants, suppliers, and local stakeholders to hit schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates have retail/hospitality/construction experience, strong budgeting and procurement skills, and the ability to work across multiple markets.

Project Manager - International Growth & Construction

A fast-growing international food and beverage brand is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead new venue development across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with 75+ locations and play a key role in bringing new venues to life.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from design handover through opening day.
• Coordinate builders, consultants, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, timelines, permits, inspections, and occupancy approvals.
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage site visits, handovers, defects, and final closeout.
• Build local supplier relationships and improve project delivery across markets.

What You’ll Bring

• Project management experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or commercial construction/fit-outs.
• Knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, procurement, and permitting.
• Strong vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A hand-on, commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail.
• International project experience or experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
