Job summary

Rubrik seeks a strategic Global Resource Leader to build and lead our resource management and capacity planning for the Global Professional Services Organization. You will align NAM, EMEA, and APAC, drive standards, and partner with executive leadership to enable data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will own system design, automate processes, manage sub-contractors, and report on utilization and forecasts at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct experience in resource management, capacity planning, or professional services operations leveraging PSA’s and AI.
• Direct experience managing and leading a sub-contractor ecosystem as an extension of a direct Consulting/Delivery team.
• Industry expertise building and managing a resource management/capacity planning system for Global Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and operate a high-performing resource management and capacity planning system for Rubrik's Global Professional Services.
• Drive global process standardization and governance across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Champion PSA-based processes to eliminate manual effort and accelerate core business cycles.
