Job summary

Veristat is seeking a Senior Resource Management Manager to lead enterprise-wide resource management across the organization, aligning resources to client and project needs based on skills, availability and delivery requirements.

You will monitor current and future capacity, forecast demand from project backlog and sales pipeline, and drive governance, data quality, and system adoption to enable timely, data-informed workforce decisions across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years in resource management, capacity planning, workforce planning, project operations, or related discipline in CRO/biopharmaceutical or professional services.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing resource and capacity planning across multiple functions, services lines, or geographies.
• Knowledge of clinical research and drug development operating models (preferred).
• Ability to translate demand, timelines, complexity, and workforce availability into short- and long-term plans.
• Experience in a deadline-driven, global environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and data skills; Excel; experience with planning, HR, or reporting systems (OpenAir/NetSuite preferred).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholders across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand using project forecasts, backlog, and sales pipeline.
• Identify resource gaps and risks; support data-informed workforce decisions.
• Establish and drive enterprise resource management standards, governance, and system adoption.
