Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior Resource Management/Delivery Operations leader to own capacity planning for NAM/LATAM, enforce data hygiene, and drive AI-enabled resourcing workflows. You’ll partner with Practice Managers, Services Sales, and Vendor Management to optimize delivery while hitting margin targets.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, real-time project visibility via Asana, and governance of talent with a focus on Cortex and Cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Professional Services Resource Management or Delivery Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS/Enterprise Software environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise PSA platforms (Clarizen/Planview) and data analytics tools (Tableau/Excel).
• Capacity forecast calibration, billable utilization management, and revenue/margin optimization principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, SlackBots) to scale resourcing operations.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the NAM/LATAM capacity model and forecasting rhythms with Practice Managers and Services Sales.
• Drive high-fidelity data hygiene and AI-assisted scheduling to reduce volatility.
• Partner with Vendor Management to optimize regional vended delivery and margins.
• Operationalize AI tools to streamline headcount intake and meeting synthesis.
• Enforce policies and track project health and risk using Asana for transparency.
• Lead quarterly skills matrix audits in Clarizen to staff Cortex and Cloud deployments.
