Veristat seeks a Senior Resource Management Manager to lead enterprise-wide resource management, capacity planning, and demand forecasting across our global teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of resource management, capacity planning, or related experience in CRO, biopharmaceutical, or professional services.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing resource and capacity planning across multiple functions or geographies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide resource management and capacity planning across Veristat.
• Forecast demand using project forecasts, backlog, and sales pipeline to anticipate needs.
• Identify resource gaps and risks and guide timely workforce decisions.
• Establish and drive governance, data quality, and system adoption for resource management.
