Job summary

Veristat, LLC is seeking a Senior Resource Management Manager to drive enterprise-wide resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management across global client programs. You will partner with service lines, functions, and geographies to align resources based on skills, availability, timing, and project requirements.

You will monitor capacity, manage risk, and influence senior leaders with data-driven decisions, while shaping governance and standard practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of resource management/capacity planning experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience coordinating across multiple regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide resource management, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Partner with service lines, functions, and geographies to allocate resources by skills and availability.
• Monitor demand, backlog, and sales pipeline to anticipate future needs and risks.
• Establish and drive standardized resource management processes and governance.
