Job summary

Crowe seeks a Head of Global Resource Management to design and evolve the future-state operating model across the firm. You will align talent, locations, and workflows to improve utilization, visibility into demand, and overall delivery economics.

Qualifications

Strong forecasting, scenario analysis, and workforce modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Advance Crowe's resource management operating model with governance and standards.
Lead demand and capacity planning, forecasting backlog and workload.
Improve utilization, staffing mix, and project economics.
Integrate India talent into engagements while preserving quality and collaboration.
Promote One Crowe principles and enterprise resource prioritization.
Build integrated workforce plans translating revenue forecasts into needs.
Drive development of skills, rotations, and career growth.
Modernize processes with data, AI, and automation for real-time visibility.
Establish metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
