JayWay Travel is seeking an experienced HR People Operations Coordinator to join our fully remote team. You will own end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance, and support global onboarding and offboarding across multiple locations.

We value proactive problem-solving, accuracy, and clear English communication as you help evolve our HR operations and recruitment workflows in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct HR experience (non-negotiable).
• Experience across multiple EMEA countries and employment models.
• Solid understanding of full lifecycle HR practices and compliance.
• Familiarity with standard recruitment processes, including interviewing.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
• Interest in automation and process optimisation.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR records across various employment setups and locations.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance across regions.
• Maintain HR systems and improve data workflows.
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding logistics.
• Gradually own candidate screening and interview coordination.
