Verified First is seeking an HR and Recruiting Administrator to lead day-to-day HR operations and own full-cycle global recruiting—from sourcing through onboarding. This remote role supports domestic and international staff and collaborates with Finance and leadership to keep HR processes running smoothly.

• 2+ years in HR administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and full-cycle global recruiting—from sourcing through onboarding.
• Manage HR support tickets, travel booking, purchasing, and recurring administrative tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding in BambooHR and Paylocity, including background checks and compliance forms (I-9, W-4).
• Prepare self-billing invoices for international contractors.
• Maintain SOPs and track events, trainings, and anniversaries.
