Loftware, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Order Management to lead the order management function from contract execution through billing readiness. You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, oversee the team, and drive cross-system improvements across Salesforce and Sage Intacct.

The role emphasizes process design, data quality, automation, and efficiency, with accountability for critical customer and transaction data and collaboration with Revenue Accounting on contract terms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in Order Management, quote-to-cash, finance operations, billing, or related functions.
• Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce including accounts, opportunities, products, pricing, contracts, orders, and approvals.
• Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Sage Intacct including AR, billing processes, and integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce-to-Sage Intacct data flows, integrations, reconciliations, and exceptions.
• Experience developing requirements and participating in system configuration, testing, UAT, implementation, and process redesign.
• Strong understanding of software contracts, pricing, billing terms, amendments, and purchase orders.
• Demonstrated success improving automation, data integrity, controls, and scalability.

Aufgaben

• Lead Global Order Management from contract execution through billing readiness.
• Own global order management for new business, amendments, and cancellations.
• Lead and develop the Order Management team with standardized processes, SLAs, controls, and documentation.
• Serve as escalation point for complex transactions and monitor backlogs that could delay billing.
• Drive month-end and quarter-end execution with accurate reporting.
• Serve as the functional SME for Salesforce and Sage Intacct within order-to-cash.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements.
• Lead or support design, testing, UAT, implementation, validation, and user adoption.
• Identify integration gaps and drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain governance and data quality between Salesforce and Sage Intacct.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
