Horizon3 is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to oversee order processes and deal desk activities in North America. The role reports to the Director of Global Deal Desk in the US and requires 3–5 years in order management and deal desk responsibilities to ensure smooth sales operations.

You will partner with Sales leadership to structure complex enterprise deals, ensure compliance with tax and governance, and coordinate with Finance for billing and provisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Order Management roles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Quote-to-Cash and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage order processes and deal desk activities for North America.
• Review and approve deals per approval matrices and policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to resolve blockers.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy.
• Train and enable the sales team on order management, workflows, and approvals.
