Bradken, a global leader in mineral processing, is seeking a high-energy Business Development Specialist to drive growth across regional mining clients. This role is fully remote, with travel to mining locations as needed, and focuses on Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, and Wear Piping segments.

You will hunt for opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development to craft winning solutions.

Qualifications

• Educational background in engineering or business administration.
• Experience in technical sales within the mining sector.
• Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, or Wear Piping solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for growth through aggressive market research and analysis.
• Build the future pipeline by nurturing high-value opportunities.
