Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an experienced Relocation Specialist in San Antonio, Texas to support the full lifecycle of employee relocations. This role ensures a smooth transition by delivering culturally competent assistance and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include pre‑onboarding, visa and immigration coordination, housing and school arrangements, Day 1 readiness, and ongoing vendor management to optimize the relocation experience for domestic and international hires.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relocation management experience.
• 3 years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of relocation policies, tax implications, and immigration considerations.

Responsibilities

• Country introduction and cultural integration for assignees.
• Design and manage pre-onboarding journey for relocations.
• Coordinate immigration, visas, and compliance steps.
• Oversee housing options, transportation, and shipment of goods.
• Partner with HR, IT, and facilities to ensure Day 1 readiness.
• Evaluate and improve relocation programs with vendors and stakeholders.
