Job summary

JCB is seeking an experienced Relocation Specialist in San Antonio, Texas to manage the full lifecycle of employee relocations, supporting moves to San Antonio, TX and Savannah, GA.

The role requires strong customer service, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to guide relocation programs from pre-onboarding through onboarding readiness, while ensuring compliance and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in relocation management, global mobility, or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in project management preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Self-starter mentality required.
• Strong understanding of relocation policies, practices, tax implications, and immigration considerations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple relocation cases in a rapid environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored U.S. orientation addressing culture norms and workplace expectations.
• Provide regional cultural immersion guides and community resources.
• Facilitate cultural orientation sessions for smooth integration.
• Oversee pre-onboarding journey for relocations (domestic and international).
• Coordinate immigration, visa, and legal compliance steps before start date.
• Manage relocation logistics including housing, transportation, and shipments.
• Serve as main contact for relocation concerns and escalation.
