Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Mobility to govern and deliver mobility services regionally for People Partners and Line Managers across the Americas. You will respond to GM queries, manage international moves, and align with policy and best practice.

Role includes securing data, coordinating vendors, and providing guidance on costs, timelines, and compliance, with a focus on improving processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, especially in a virtual environment.
• Ability to educate People Partners and managers on GM policies and practice.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, payroll).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end case management for regional employee moves.
• Serve as the first point of contact for mobility inquiries.
• Apply global mobility policy and regional legal/tax/immigration requirements; flag risks early.
• Coordinate vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, payroll, destination services) and manage SLAs.
• Provide clear guidance on costs, approvals, required documentation, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and data in HR systems; ensure audit-ready files.
• Partner with Reward/Payroll/People Services to execute changes correctly.
• Manage issue resolution and escalations with stakeholder updates.
• Monitor compliance and employee experience across lifecycle (privacy, retention, policy adherence).
• Produce regular reporting on volume, cycle time, spend, exceptions, and risks; suggest improvements.
• Support regional rollout and adoption of mobility processes and communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: identify friction points and standardize best practices.
• NA only - manage end-to-end process for U.S. domestic relocations.
