• Work with various moving companies and teams.
• Identify community resources to address clients' needs.
• Lead and guide team members throughout moves.
• Utilize computer systems for portal navigation and data entry.
• Delegate tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Aim for excellent client experiences on every job.
• Problem-solve on the spot and adjust to schedule changes.
