Job summary

Nscale in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to own the tactical, end-to-end delivery of domestic and international relocations for our US employee population. You will manage moves from initiation through completion, administer US mobility policies and allowances, and oversee mobility vendors to ensure cases progress smoothly.

This is a hands-on operational role in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mobility casework experience on relocations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience administering US mobility policies and allowances.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage relocations end to end for US employees, from initiation to closure.
• Apply US relocation policies and manage allowance requests via ticketing system.
• Coordinate mobility vendors and ensure high-quality employee experience.
• Provide guidance to employees navigating moves with empathy and clarity.
• Contribute to mobility program improvements and KPI reporting.
