Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is seeking an OA/DA Coordinator to join our Operations team in Portland, OR. This pivotal role manages the entire move process and serves as the main contact for external customers and transferees, acting as the liaison among all participating agents.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent organization, multitasking ability, and strong time management.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Amazing organizational and multitasking skills are a must.
• Strong time management skills are essential.
• Comfortable working in a multitasking, fast paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all origin agent moves with agents, customers and the Berger team to schedule and monitor shipments.
• Responsible for all inbound shipments and collaborate with agents, customers and the Berger team to schedule deliveries.
• Produce complete and accurate information regarding service requirements and estimates.
• Provide accurate information and service to internal and external customers, coordinating with Operations, Sales and Customer Service Coordinators.
• Monitor and track all pending and will-advise orders, including scheduling, cancellations and inactive orders.
