Job summary

Amp Americas is seeking a Reliability Leader to shape reliability strategies across RNG sites. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize asset capacity, and reduce failures, reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations.

You will develop maintenance plans, utilize FMEA, criticality assessments, and data tools to improve reliability and cost performance, while fostering a proactive culture across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 5–7 years in engineering, reliability, maintenance, or military-equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead across functions and locations.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies across RNG sites.
• Create and manage maintenance plans, inspections, predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Utilize FMEA, criticality assessments, and MIQA to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Technology, Maintenance, Operations and Production teams.
