Job summary
Greif is seeking a Reliability Manager in the United States to develop- and implement asset reliability strategies across manufacturing facilities, maximizing uptime, safety, and quality. You will lead RCFA, PM, and PdM programs, analyze performance data, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams while mentoring engineers and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
- Experience in reliability engineering or maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reliability and asset management strategies for facilities.
- Lead RCM, PM, and PdM programs to maximize uptime.
- Analyze equipment data and KPI trends to identify improvements.
- Drive RCFA and corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Mentor reliability engineers and maintenance staff.
- Support capital projects and lifecycle asset management.
