Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Corporate Facilities & Engineering Senior Manager to lead the Global Reliability Network within the EOS department. The role focuses on turning reliability data into actionable improvements in asset performance, maintenance strategy, and operational capacity across manufacturing sites.

Ideal candidates will drive capital projects, optimize PM/PdM practices, and serve as PlantPulse business owners. Occasional on-site presence may be required to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of engineering industry experience
• Master’s degree with 4 years of engineering industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of engineering industry experience
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of engineering industry experience
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of engineering industry experience
• Strong knowledge of CMMS/EAM and asset performance monitoring systems, such as SAP, Maximo, or equivalent
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in site, multi-site, or global environments
• Fluent English proficiency, written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Reliability Network across sites and oversee reliability metrics and governance
• Translate reliability data into corrective actions, PM optimization, and asset improvements
• Define and maintain a standard risk-based asset criticality approach across sites
• Lead Asset Performance Monitoring initiatives and PlantPulse adoption across the network
• Connect reliability outcomes to business value and collaborate with SAP EAM, IT, and site teams
