Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience in regulated pharma/biotech environments preferred.
- Experience with CMMS and reliability data analysis.
- Ability to develop metrics and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Support reliability activities for GMP and non-GMP equipment.
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead RCAs and failure investigations.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends.
- Develop reliability KPIs and reports.
- Support spare parts assessments and inventory strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize CMMS to review asset history and work orders.
- Prepare reports and recommendations.
