Job summary

Americhem is seeking an Asset & Reliability Manager to lead the site's maintenance and asset reliability functions. This role focuses on creating a safe, compliant manufacturing environment, championing proactive safety culture, and maximizing asset reliability, efficiency, product quality, and productivity.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the candidate will oversee preventive/predictive programs, drive reliability improvements, manage capital projects, and partner with Operations, EHS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance, reliability, or asset management experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance or reliability teams.
• Experience leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs and RCFA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site's asset reliability strategy to maximize uptime and safety.
• Lead maintenance organization, transitioning to preventive/predictive and reliability-centered approaches.
• Improve OEE through data analysis and continuous reliability improvements.
• Establish and monitor reliability KPIs and manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and backlog.
