Stellantis Financial Services in Auburn Hills seeks a Program Manager to lead the Global Regulation & Transversal Studies Team within the PRS PPM organization. You will coordinate with Propulsion System, PPPL, and Regulatory teams to assess new regulations and drive CM approvals, ensuring timely, compliant studies across PRS platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or computer science field and a minimum of five years of cross-functional project experience.

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the listed disciplines.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated passion for propulsion systems and a curious, eager-to-learn mindset.
• Strong project management, leadership of cross-functional teams, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive evaluation of New Regulations or transversal studies within PRS until CM approval.
• Capture and analyze new regulations/bulletins with Metafunctions and ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate discussions among PRS Transversal stakeholders to maintain consistency.
• Maintain synchronization between PRS Transversal table and Systems table across platforms.
• Lead governance discussions and prepare milestone reporting; support escalation documents.
• Serve as main contact between Propulsion System team and PPPL for Transversal Studies.
• Interface with SSTM/SFMS to collect costs across PRS platforms and ensure consistency.
• Support timing collection for development and communicate PRS impact on launch cadence.
