Job summary

Magna Powertrain is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer communications and drive the full program lifecycle from concept through launch. You will coordinate with product management, engineering, and sales to ensure profitable opportunities and robust program execution.

The role requires strong cross-functional skills, a solid automotive background, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of the Magna Global Program Management System (GPMS) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of program management experience in automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; cross-functional exposure is required.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with customer systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary communication with the customer for the program.
• Develop quotes and business cases for customers.
• Oversee quotes for profitability and perform contract reviews.
• Coordinate with Global Product Managers, Product Engineering, and Sales for feedback.
• Manage the full program lifecycle from concept to launch and post‑production.
