Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality solutions on complex automotive systems.
• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience; automotive domain preferred (2+ years in automotive).
• Proficiency with Agile development environments.
• Experience with MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow, Embedded C, and testing/calibration.
• Proactive, ownership-minded, and collaborative.
• Familiarity with software development tools and debugging techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support global planning, execution and program coordination for Controls & SW platforms.
• Provide feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to vehicle/program.
• Represent Controls System vs Propulsion System Community as primary interface.
• Define Feature Roll-out Plan aligned to milestones and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure rigorous validation of control functions throughout vehicle development cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance cutting-edge controls technology.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in controls engineering processes and technologies.
