Job summary

InDepth Engineering Solutions, LLC is seeking a Powertrain Project Manager in Auburn Hills, MI, to drive in-plant integration of PRS components, software, and calibrations, and to lead cross-functional teams across engineering and manufacturing. This role requires coordinating triage for plant issues, sign-off at execution builds, and collaboration with flash-station teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in automotive manufacturing, vehicle integration, propulsion systems, or production support.
Knowledge of hardware/software release and integration processes.
Ability to lead structured problem solving across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, organizational, escalation, and decision-making skills.
On-site work at the Sterling Heights area plant and willingness to support outside hours.

Responsibilities

Lead in-plant integration and readiness of PRS components, software, and calibrations.
Coordinate PRS triage for plant-based issues with clear owners and escalation paths.
Represent propulsion for rolls testing, EOL activities, and audit findings.
Coordinate propulsion part sign-off at execution builds with proper pedigree and fit.
Oversee plant software/calibration content integration into flash stations and plan releases.
