Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing, vehicle integration, propulsion systems, or production support.
• Knowledge of hardware/software release and integration processes.
• Ability to lead structured problem solving across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, escalation, and decision-making skills.
• On-site work at the Sterling Heights area plant and willingness to support outside hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-plant integration and readiness of PRS components, software, and calibrations.
• Coordinate PRS triage for plant-based issues with clear owners and escalation paths.
• Represent propulsion for rolls testing, EOL activities, and audit findings.
• Coordinate propulsion part sign-off at execution builds with proper pedigree and fit.
• Oversee plant software/calibration content integration into flash stations and plan releases.
