Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business or engineering.
• 6+ years automotive or relevant program management/coordination experience.
• Automotive OEM experience desirable (Ford and GM).
• Knowledge of APQP-based, gated project management systems.
• Business and financial acumen to build profitable product lines.
• Strong customer orientation as a trusted partner.
• Results and detail-oriented; accountable for commitments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, facilities, and equipment.
• Root-cause analysis for continual improvement.
• Regional travel up to 25% during launch period.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs using APQP-based PDP gates.
• Act as ambassador when interacting with customers and deliver program services.
• Create a robust program statement of work and business plan.
• Drive team to improve schedule, profitability, and quality metrics; achieve key launch metrics.
• Lead internal and customer communication; primary program contact for customer management.
• Coordinate cross-functional information tracking and proper release in management systems.
• Hold monthly program reviews and gate reviews with leadership; escalate issues promptly.
• Achieve PM KPIs.
• Support maintaining IATF16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015 certifications.
