Job summary

American Red Cross seeks a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services (IS). You will deploy to U.S. military installations for six-month rotations, with remote training and in-person phases.

Live on base, adhere to military rules, and meet medical/security clearances. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of program management experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, health sciences, or related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of five years in program management or related field is required.
• Licenses/Other: A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate emergency communication messages to military members and families.
• Coordinate follow-up services and log all activities.
• Maintain rosters and case logs per mission guidelines.
• Support deployment readiness and mobile team operations.
