Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions seeks a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to lead direct sourcing and end-to-end recruitment across global accounts. You will collaborate with RSSs, TAs, and RCs, coach teams, and drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle to meet client needs and KPIs.

You will advise hiring managers with market insights, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliant, timely delivery of requisitions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews for diverse roles.
• Ability to understand MSAs and SOWs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders concurrently.
• Strong analytics capability to translate data into actions.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience creating and implementing sourcing plans.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools.
• Ability to craft client-focused communications and presentations.
• Degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities with focus on direct sourcing.
• Ensure account KPIs are met and advise hiring managers accordingly.
• Share market intelligence and act as a Talent Advisor.
• Coordinate with AGS COEs and shared services to meet client needs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate proactively when needed.
• Coach RSSs, TAs, and RCs on best practices and client interactions.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance with recruitment laws.
• Forecast recruitment volumes and monitor activity for the designated business area.
