Job summary

IMC Trading is seeking a Recruiting Operations & Enablement Specialist to partner with recruiters, HRIS, and stakeholders to build systems that enable our recruiting teams to operate efficiently and deliver strong hiring outcomes.

You will help lead operational projects, apply AI to automate manual tasks, and develop processes and tools that scale across regions, while fostering relationships inside IMC and with the broader HR tech market. Travel to IMC offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years in Recruiting Operations or equivalent, with recruiter experience.
• Strong project management, handling multiple initiatives.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and triage priorities.
• Ability to document processes and build playbooks.
• Willingness to travel to IMC offices.
