Job summary

The Broadmoor Hotel is seeking an Assistant Recruiting Manager to support the Employment Team in Colorado Springs. You will assist the International & Domestic Recruiting Manager with a broad range of recruitment tasks and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new international staff.

This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with visa sponsorship programs, and the ability to manage multiple timelines, documents, and communications with schools, sponsors, and applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with international visa programs preferred.
• Experience running social media or marketing preferred.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to international placement inquiries.
• Coordinate with visa sponsorship agencies and schools.
• Prepare recruitment materials and offers.
• Manage J1 and H-2B processes and data entry.
• Oversee housing-related payroll deductions and onboarding.
