Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking an organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end scheduling, candidate logistics, and ATS administration for fast-moving technical hiring across geographies.

You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and security leaders to ensure a high-touch interview experience, leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimize scheduling. The role requires 2–4 years in recruiting coordination, experience with

Qualifications

2–4 years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
Experience with modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-time-zone calendars.
Strong written and verbal communication with a service mindset.
Awareness of AI-assisted writing and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate multi-stage interview loops across global time zones, coordinating assessments and reviews with speed and accuracy.
Deliver white-glove candidate experience from initial screen to offer, with comprehensive itineraries and guidelines.
Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliant, timely feedback and scorecards.
Partner on recruiting operations, including job posting distribution and events.
Become an Ashby subject-matter expert and troubleshoot workflow optimizations.
Synthesize interview feedback using AI tools to support hiring decisions.
