UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to shape UKG’s finance transformation. You will define the future-state R2R operating model, set standards, and lead a multi-year roadmap with IT, AI, and automation partners.

You’ll drive strategic initiatives across financial close, reporting, and controls, partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to accelerate value realization and scalable processes across the global organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience developing roadmaps and transformation strategies involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies and their application within Finance operations.
