Coyne & Associates Limited is seeking a Finance Process Lead to own the global Record to Report (RTR) processes. You will define vision, standards and drive improvements across markets, shared services and an outsourced provider to raise consistency, efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• RTR expertise and understanding of accounting standards.
• Proven track record of improving finance operations.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams.
• Strong project management and prioritization.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Experience in global/process/Shared Services valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and continuous improvement of global RTR processes.
• Design and implement initiatives across processes, technology and data.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Develop global finance policies and procedures.
• Review service performance and SLA performance.
• Partner with outsourced RTR lead to challenge practices.
• Collaborate with other functional leads to strengthen end-to-end consistency.
• Identify activities for transition to Shared Service Centre and manage transfer.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to finance teams.
