Responsibilities include standardizing processes, enabling technology, and driving continuous improvement to deliver compliant, high-quality financial reporting across ADM’s global service delivery model.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 15+ years in accounting/finance, controllership, or process leadership.
• Proven experience leading global transformation and operating model design.
• Expertise in financial reporting, close, consolidation, SOX, GAAP, IFRS.

• Define and govern a globally standardized Record-to-Report process framework for operational excellence and financial integrity.
• Drive governance across GL, journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany, close, and reporting activities.
• Align RTR with adjacent finance processes and establish ownership across regions and units.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven performance metrics.
