You will lead a multi-year transformation spanning R2R, governance, and enterprise standards, partnering with IT, AI, and external vendors to enable scalable, compliant finance operations.

You'll build the operating model, establish KPIs, and drive AI-enabled automation initiatives that accelerate close cycles and improve reporting quality across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in accounting/finance transformation.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes and internal controls.
