Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner – Record-to-Report to define and lead the future-state R2R capabilities. You will partner with Finance, IT, and AI teams to modernize accounting through process innovation, AI, automation, and digital technologies, establishing governance and a multi-year roadmap.

You will drive transformation initiatives to improve close efficiency, controls, and reporting capabilities, while scaling global processes and ensuring measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Process Management, Digital Enablement, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, close management, and internal controls.
• Proven success leading large-scale business process transformation and technology modernization initiatives within complex global organizations.
• Experience developing business roadmaps and transformation strategies involving ERP, financial close, reporting, and governance technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies and their application within Finance operations.
