Job summary

IQVIA is expanding its Real World Commercial Analytics team in the US. We seek an experienced consultant to shape and lead client engagements at pharma HQs, delivering insights from real-world data and guiding commercial decision making across multi-country accounts.

The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on project leadership, including business development, senior client interactions, and cross-functional teamwork to drive growth and elevate IQVIA’s offerings in pharma HQs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of relevant experience in consulting or pharma.
• Experience in consulting roles for pharma, vendor/consulting, or market insights.
• Proven ability to generate commercial insights using secondary data.
• Strong HQ pharma client relationships and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate IQVIA real-world patient data to answer objectives for HQ and multi-country engagements.
• Commercialize Real World Patient Insights/Commercial Analytics offerings.
• Deliver against a sales target.
• Build client relationships from operational to senior management at HQ accounts.
• Develop and deliver value-added strategies addressing client issues.
• Identify new revenue opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Lead multiple consulting projects with on-time/on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and share expertise with delivery teams.
• Lead thought leadership and represent the area in meetings and publications.
• Stay current on industry trends to anticipate challenges.
