Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced consulting and client-facing leader to drive Real World Commercial Analytics for pharma HQs in the United States, starting with Boston. You will shape the RWCA team and expand services across multi-country engagements, focusing on commercial decision making and growth in real-world data.

You will lead strategic client relationships, deliver meaningful insights, and grow revenue by delivering value through analytics and advisory services.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in sales/marketing/bi insights and commercial excellence.
• Established connections to HQ pharma clients preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-country collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with strategic account development.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert in leveraging IQVIA real-world data to answer commercial objectives for pharma HQ and multi-country engagements.
• Commercialize and grow the Real World Patient Insights/Commercial Analytics offering.
• Deliver against an individual sales target.
• Build close client relationships from operations to senior management at HQ accounts.
• Develop and deliver insightful, value-added strategies for complex client issues.
• Identify new revenue opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Manage multiple consulting projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own client engagements and ensure high satisfaction and value.
• Provide direction and leadership to clients and delivery teams.
• Lead thought leadership and represent the area in engagements and publications.
• Stay current on industry trends to anticipate challenges for assigned clients.
• Participate in performance review processes and IQVIA initiatives.
• Mentor and coach teams to build capabilities delivering world-class solutions.
