Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Legal or Real Estate-related field.
• 10+ years in Real Estate (transactions, financial, legal, strategic).
• Experience leading complex projects in a global/matrix environment.
• Fluent English, strong communication and networking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site/network relationships with external stakeholders (landlords, service providers).
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures across the portfolio.
• Develop real estate solutions aligned with global portfolio strategies.
• Monitor lease portfolio and negotiate lease strategies.
• Ensure project documentation is audit-ready and compliant.
• Support M&A/Carve-out activities with insights on sites/network.
