Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Real Estate Strategy Manager to drive strategic planning and operational coordination for the Americas hub. You will align portfolio decisions with business goals, manage consolidation or relocation opportunities, and deliver ROI-backed recommendations to senior leadership.

The role involves partnering with Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Global Real Estate teams to optimize space, costs, and performance across office, industrial, and warehouse assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or applicable field.
• 5+ years of international corporate real estate strategy planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to present data clearly and visually.

Responsabilidades

• Review office, warehouse, and industrial real estate portfolio across owned and leased properties.
• Develop baseline assessments of asset performance and identify redundancies and high-cost locations.
• Recommend consolidation, relocation, or expansion opportunities based on logistics and cost.
• Build business cases with ROI, timelines, and senior leadership recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Facilities, and Hub Americas to align real estate decisions with business strategy.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and manage the real estate approval process.
