Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Global Portfolio Strategy Lead to guide advisory services for major corporate real estate clients.

You will lead consulting across regions and align strategies with client executives, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering data-driven portfolio insights. You will manage senior stakeholder relationships, oversee complex cost-reduction initiatives, and present strategic findings to client leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information with client leadership and internal teams, convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting services to high-profile groups of corporate real estate clients.
• Serve as the dedicated strategic lead for the client’s portfolio and regional/global initiatives.
• Align real estate direction with client senior management and conduct strategic portfolio planning.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on data collected.
• Develop strategies to reduce occupancy and real estate costs.
• Support consolidation reviews and transactions on behalf of the client.
• Present reports on location, labor, and retail to executive management.
