Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Global Real Estate & Workplace to execute global real estate and workplace strategies across the Americas region.

You will lead site networks, manage complex projects, coordinate with HR, IT and other functions, and ensure governance, budget planning and supplier management. The role requires 10+ years in Real Estate leadership, global experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

5+ years in Real Estate (transactions, financial, legal, strategic) roles with leadership of complex projects.
Experience in international Real Estate projects including CapEx, time/cost/quality/budget adherence.
Global/matrix org experience with exposure to at least two countries.

Responsibilities

Maintain site/network relationships with external stakeholders (landlords, service providers).
Risk identification and mitigation; report to Global Head of Real Estate & REFM Commercial Sites.
Develop real estate solutions from global portfolio strategies; manage transaction execution.
Monitor lease portfolio and provide lease negotiation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation and audit-proof project closure and tooling.
