BioCT Innovation Commons is seeking an Associate Director of Global Real Estate & Workplace to lead end‑to‑end real estate strategy and project delivery for the Americas, ensuring governance and high‑quality service delivery across sites.

The role requires 10+ years in Real Estate with international experience, strong financial modelling, and superb stakeholder management. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are offered, with a base salary in a competitive US range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering or Legal or commercial education with in‑service training in Real Estate management, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, or Workplace & Design.
• 10+ years of Real Estate experience including transactions, financial, legal, and strategic roles; leadership of complex projects.
• Experience in international Real Estate projects including CapEx; working in global matrix organizations and multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate market mechanisms (Corporate Real Estate, Leasing & Investment, Asset Management, Workplace, Design & Project Management).
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain site and network relationships with external stakeholders (service providers, landlords).
• Manage risk identification and mitigation; report to Global Head of Real Estate & REFM Commercial Sites.
• Develop real estate solutions based on global portfolio strategies; deliver transaction management and asset plans.
• Regularly review lease portfolio and market developments; advise on negotiation strategies.
• Ensure proper project documentation and alignment with governance, SLA/KPI tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Support M&A/Carve-out activities with site/network insights.
