THE·TEAM is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Real Estate to lead the global real estate strategy, manage properties, and oversee office buildouts and vendor relations. You will partner with executive leadership to optimize space, drive cost efficiencies, and manage complex lease negotiations.

Ideal candidate has strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills, with 7+ years in real estate and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of real estate experience.
• Property experience in NA, UK, Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of lease structures and contract terms.
• Experience with executive leadership teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours.
• Ability to lead office buildouts and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Real Estate strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Oversee real estate portfolio and offices globally.
• Project manage lease negotiations with landlords, finance and legal teams.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, finance and marketing on real estate decisions.
• Manage lease tracking, renewals, subleases, and office move timelines.
• Direct office buildouts including design, furniture, relocation.
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors for office projects.
• Support company-wide return-to-office strategy and hoteling/shared workspace.
• Serve as liaison for new hires and office moves.
• Participate in acquisition integration for new space.
